Refund Policy

This applies to AuditFlow subscriptions bought through Polar, our payment provider.
Free trial
You get 14 days with no card needed. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and it will not renew. To cancel, use the link in your Polar receipt email or contact us on WhatsApp or auditflow.help@gmail.com.
Refunds
- If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full.
- After that, we do not refund part-used months or years, except where the law requires it or we have made a mistake.
- Annual plans: the same rule applies. A full refund within 14 days of payment, none after.
Referral rewards and commission
If a payment is refunded, any referral reward or partner commission linked to it is cancelled.
Billing mistakes
If you think you were charged by mistake, contact WhatsApp or auditflow.help@gmail.com and we will look into it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Polar. They can take several days to appear.
